I was just at this hobby lobby in morano valley and was wanting to purchase some cross stitch kits that were on a wall marked 75% off, no other specifications were posted on the sign. I had several kits that had a yellow tag and several that did not, they were all in the same area mixed together. When I got to the register to pay the cashier got confused and had to call a manager whom I showed the wall and sign to, this person also was confused and had to call the store manager, Felicia, whom was extremely snobby to me refused to honor the advertised price. As I was leaving the store I let the manager know I would be calling corporate yo let them know of the awful experience I had and she replied "go right ahead I don't care" I have never left a store so angry about their sad excuse for "customer service" and "guaranteed satisfaction" #hobbylobby @hobbylobby #hobbylobbymorenovalley #hobbylobby762 Update: I called corporate and got a total blow off!!
