Shop day - With much skiing accomplished already and the kitty bursting with unspent euros we decide that we would make Monday our shop day. With much thought and deliberation to costing we thought it best we do some exploring, with that in mind we took the free ski bus down to Tignes Le Lac where we would find the reasonably priced groceries of the local Carrefour. With tightly pursed wallets and dietary plans to stick to we decided it would be a most disciplined shop with our extensive list brimming with fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs and pastas. Although we couldn't help but reward ourselves with a cheeky crate of Kronembourgs and a packet of crisps for our troubles. Talk about shopping with your eyes, look at that colour palette! With a fridge full of food and shelves stacked with coffee we decided to spend the rest of our evening chatting, gassing, doodling and indulging on our recent purchases whilst we pondered what our 4th ski day would bring us...
