So some of you seemed to want to know what I buy in a week so here I've broken it down. Obviously some of this lasts longer than a week and I just top it up but this is pretty much everything I will eat some of during a typical week (on insanity and generally... all these meal guides come from insanity recommendations and fit to 40 | 40 | 20 carbs, protein, fat!) I shop at Sainsburys in the UK.
Cooked chicken breast slices
Chinese style chicken breast
Chicken breast fillet portions
Promax meal chocolate protein bars
Hovis wheatgerm bread (It's ickle!)
Wholemeal tortilla wraps (6 inch ones)
Greek style Feta cheese (0% fat)
Fage greek style 0% fat yoghurts
Natural cottage cheese (2% fat)
Dolmio creamy cheese sauce (my favourite)
I imagine I've probably forgotten a fair few things but this is pretty much what I eat in a week. As you may have noticed I don't eat fish/seafood however I do make a veggie version of tuna pate out of chickpeas which can be found under my recipes tag somewhere! I don't eat butter as you can probably tell. But yes, this is what I'll eat in an average week in compliance with the insanity nutrition guidelines.
I eat 5 300 calorie meals in a day. Please note this won't be appropriate for all of you and most of you will need to eat more than this if you are exercising regularly!
