Hey guys, I have some serious news for my followers.
Today I realized that somebody has been signing into my Tumblr from a different state since 2024. I sign into Tumblr enough that the notification emails were mixed with my real sign ons, so the issue went unnoticed until now.
So far I haven't seen any posts that I did not personally put on this account, or any suspicious links. It looks like the person might have just been trying to send me fake Xbox promotions, or made an Xbox account using my email that's connected to this Tumblr.
But just in case, I'd like to share some information to make sure nobody here gets scammed by someone pretending to be me.
I do sometimes go back and make quality of life edits on my posts, like making nicer links for my fanfic chapters. But I would not go back and link anything like commissions or ways to support me financially.
I do not currently have any accounts aside from this Tumblr and a Youtube account that I made just to comment and warn a creator about the TADC finale leaks (when they were first announced). Apart from that one comment on a Nirami short, activity from CheemsCakeCat on YouTube should not be happening.
I do not have a Patreon, Ko-fi, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Bluesky, or Facebook account. If my art or username is in use on those sites, it's not me using them.
If you see any messages or links from my account involving commissions or payments, those are not from me. Please report anything suspicious that you see from my account in the comments on this post. My DMs are follower only right now.
