i'm not entirely sure on this but ホヮン is ho with a little wa and an n, so howan but this one ホァン is ho with a little ah and an n so hoan? maybe they're the same or has a slight difference in pronunciation.. sorry this probably doesn't help orz.

aha no its okay, thank you anyway!! i just dont understand what it means when the characters are small i suck at japanese OTL but yes thank you anyway. i think ill just go with fan to make it easier. xD
