Soooo I totally enjoyed watching Violet and her cheerleading team compete at Nationals this past Sunday. . . Surprisingly, it was tense! Geesh! And I was just watching! But Violet, my Michael's son's baby girl, did a fantastic job! It was a great family day, despite all the millions of cheerleaders, coaches & their family members at the Convention Center. Everybody was either practicing, eating, engaged with different vendors, zonked out on the floor or... . . Getting eyelashes, like me, Violet and Jenny! Man! Cheering has changed since I did it back in the stone ages! EVERYBODY had lashes, even the two year olds! And there was a Lavender booth with probably 10 different styles right there on the premises. It didn't take anytime before all three of us were totally glammed! . . The transformation was not just in how we looked either. For some reason, I found myself puckering, pouting & batting my eyes as if I was trying to create a wind storm. Even I had to giggle! And I just couldn't keep my hands out of my face... . . Which is probably why in just two days, I decided it best to remove the darn things. Geesh! That was some expensive thrill. Lol!
