The Black Velvet cocktail is a traditional drink for St. Patrick's Day. It combines the rich flavors of Irish stout with the fizz of champagne or sparkling wine to make a fancy and celebratory drink.
Ingredients: 1 bottle of Irish stout beer. 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne.
Instructions: Pour half of the Irish stout beer into a pint glass that has been chilled. Add champagne or sparkling wine slowly over the back of a spoon. This will make it float on top of the beer. Serve right away and enjoy responsibly.
