Two Red Lines helps me round out my theme of giving every version of C a brie-like blooming rind! This pasteurized cow's milk cheese is aged with a generic white mold and is layered with paprika before aging. This gives the creamy cheese a warm heat and kick that is followed by a buttery and mushroom-like flavor. This cheese matches Cici's sass and heat that she thrives with.
