All ready to go at the Frome vegan market #cheeseandgrain #hydroponics #vegan
Saturday night Donny, Tony and I went to see Dr. Feelgood and The Pretty Things with Tasha, Bob, Dom and Mark at The Cheese and Grain in Frome. Here are the Dr Feelgood photos. They did some signing after their gig too. I had my photo with the singer Robert Kane and Donny took it. He was encouraging Donny to have a shandy and saying to me as Donny took the photos that "he didn't know his Mum was a groupie!" Great sound and gig! Dr. Feelgood have also enjoyed global success with a string of hit singles, including Milk and Alcohol, Roxette, Back in the Night, Down at the Doctors, She Does it Right, Going Back Home and See You Later Alligator – which gave the group their first gold record. The Dr. Feelgood line up was Kevin Morris on drums and Phil Mitchell on bass, both 34 years in the band and Steve Walwyn on guitar who has been with the band for 28 years. Vocalist Robert Kane (formerly The Animals) been with the band since 1999. #drfeelgood #music #cheeseandgrain #frome

I’ve used…

My favorite Holy Grohl screen shot from the live streamed gig in Frome.
Foo Fighters and Frome potato day
I’m really looking forward to Frome potato day. It’s a gardening event at the Cheese & Grain, the biggest venue in town. The Foo Fighters played a secret gig there yesterday, which caused some kerfuffle, but I’m much more excited by potatoes. I’m trying to ‘chit’ my spuds, which involves leaving the seed potatoes in a cold sunny spot to put out shoots. My seed spuds have been sitting in the sun…
