This Autumn Harvest Cheese & Fruit Tray has a lot of different cheeses, nuts, and fruits that taste like fall. Served on a rustic wooden tray for extra charm, it's perfect for having people over on a cool fall evening.
Ingredients: 1 wheel of brie cheese. 1 wedge of aged cheddar cheese. 1 wedge of blue cheese. 1 cup of mixed nuts such as pecans, walnuts, and almonds. 1 cup of dried fruits such as figs, apricots, and cranberries. 1 bunch of grapes. 1 pear, sliced. 1 apple, sliced. Crackers or bread slices for serving.
Instructions: Arrange the wooden tray and place the cheeses in the center. Surround the cheeses with the mixed nuts and dried fruits, creating a rustic look. Place the grapes, pear slices, and apple slices on the tray, interspersed between the cheeses and nuts. Add crackers or bread slices to the tray, filling in any gaps.
