Satisfy your hunger with a juicy burger topped with melted cheese and crispy truffle fries seasoned with Parmesan and fresh parsley. This meal has just the right amount of both rich and savory flavors.
Ingredients: 4 burger patties. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheese. 1 lb russet potatoes, cut into fries. 2 tablespoons truffle oil. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying. Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for burger toppings. Ketchup and mayonnaise for burger sauce.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, mix the cut potatoes with the butter, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Place the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Set the deep fryer or large pot on high heat and add the vegetable oil. While the fries are baking, do the same. Fry the burger patties until they're done the way you like them, which for medium-rare is usually three to five minutes per side. In a skillet, toast the burger buns until they are just barely browned. Cover the burgers and put a slice of cheese on top of each one. The cheese will melt. Place slices of lettuce, tomato, and onion on the bottom bun of each burger, then top with a cheese-topped burger patty. On the top bun, spread ketchup and mayonnaise. Then, put it on top of the burger mix. Put the truffle fries next to the burger. Have fun with your tasty burger and truffle fries!
