These keto-friendly cheese bread rolls are perfect for a low-carb snack or side dish. They are packed with cheesy goodness and have a satisfyingly crunchy exterior.
Ingredients: 200g almond flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 2 large eggs. 100g grated cheese Gouda or Cheddar work well. 50g butter, melted. 2 tbsp cream cheese. 1/4 cup chopped chives optional.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 180C 350F. Put almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Melt the butter and add the eggs, grated cheese, and cream cheese to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together well. If you want to, fold in chopped chives. Put the dough balls on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. It should be baked for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Before serving, let the kaasbroodjes cool down a bit.
