#VegMomos #CheeseMomos #Momos Ingredients: Fillings:-Capsicum, carrot, French beans, tomato, onion, green Chilli, Salt, black pepper, turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and cheese cubes. Momos Dough:-All purpose flour(maida), water, oil, salt. Preparation: knead the dough by adding salt and water. Make sure its not too hard and not too soft. Keep it for a while by applying oil and covering it with muslin cloth. In pan add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and saute it. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric and cook it for while. Make sure the veggies are not soggy. Make small chapati like puri and fill it with vegetables Fillings. you can put small cubes of cheese (or you can add grated cheese in last while making vegetable filing) and give the shapes as you want. Boil water in idli maker or Momo maker and place plate leaving a little space between each of them and put Momos on the plate and cover the vessel. Steam on high heat for 10 mins and momos are done when a shiny sheen appears over them.
