Ingredients: 200g Bra Duro cheese cow's milk DOP cheese from Piemonte, Italy. 100g prosciutto di Parma. 100g mixed nuts walnuts, almonds, etc.. 100g dried fruits figs, apricots, etc.. Crusty bread or breadsticks for serving. 1 bottle Barolo wine or any full-bodied red wine.
Instructions: Arrange Bra Duro cheese on a serving platter. Surround the cheese with prosciutto di Parma, mixed nuts, and dried fruits. Serve with crusty bread or breadsticks on the side. Pour glasses of Barolo wine for pairing.
