Ingredients: 1 pizza dough ball. 1 cup pizza sauce. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
Instructions: Get the grill ready for high heat about 260C/500F. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Leave some space around the edges of the pizza dough and brush olive oil over it. Put pizza sauce all over the dough that has been oiled. On top of the sauce, sprinkle grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella. You can put in pepperoni, black olives, and fresh basil if you like. The toppings should have garlic powder and dried oregano on top of them. Carefully move the pizza to the Pizzastein on the grill that has already been heated up. Wait 10 to 15 minutes and then cover the grill. Cook until the crust is golden and the cheese melts and bubbles.
