Meal prepped tuna salad for lunch today. Healthy girl swapped chips for 1 sliced English cucumber.
High protein fall comfort food! Chickpea pasta, ground beef, vineyard marinara, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Meals are prepped for the week. Winter Arc Commence.
Post workout snack! Cottage cheese and the fruit my kids didn’t finish from breakfast. Now we all get fiber and vitamins!

A low carb take on ‘the Simone’ replace a bagel with a rice cake and viola! Gluten free and low carb. Cream cheese of choice topped with lox, cucumbers, tomato slices. Usually another bagel slice in top slathered with cream cheese makes the sandwich but your girl went with open faced today. Topping out at 164 calories, down 350 calories simply by cutting out the bagel!
