What a Year 2017 has turned out to be. I can’t believe my grand daughter is going to be six months old. I have been focusing on spending all my spare time with her but I plan to start posting again.
This Sunday we have a Easter catering and I plan to post pictures of the food.

Today our Du Jour is a seared salmon with a dill butter. We paired this meal with rice pilaf and sautéed spinach.
When we have clients that want one portion we plate the meal together in a Pyrex container. That way when the client is heating up their dinner it is in a quick all in one package. It is the perfect option for singles, who want a chef prepared meal at home.

Todays Du Jour is a Thai Jungle Curry Shrimp served over Glass Noodles.
Jungle curry is a very distinctive Thai dish and a thinner curry. It is called jungle curry because of the region of Thailand that it originates from. We decided to make our curry with shrimp this week.
For our clients we serve in a Pyrex containers.
Did you know that cilantro taste different to different people? Some say it taste like soap. Personally I love the taste of cilantro.
