-Chili: black beans, kidney beans, Trader Joes canned corn, onions, tomatoes, dill +mixed in quinoa -Stuffed portobello mushrooms: garlic garbanzo beans, Trader Joes canned corn, topped with avocado and nutritional yeast. Side of fried tofu with homemade veganaise sauce~
