Hey! I saw your post about the journals, one happy, for emotions, and he last for like everything food, meds, accomplishments etc I thought that was a really cool idea. But how do you remember to write in it everyday?

Hi there! I keep the logbook on my desk open to today’s page. I do little things to make it interesting like put in stickers or use a different color pen for each day. I decorated the cover too! I remember because it’s important for me to know when I took my medicine. I’ve been training myself to use the logbook to catch my thoughts like phone numbers and stuff I need to know for later!
