. TACOS DE TINGA Yes, I love cooking. I made chicken tinga tacos (my favorite dish). Wonderful shredded chicken in a tomato chicken broth. 📸by me. I highly recommend this recipe and so easily executed through Enrique Olvera’s book TU CASA MI CASA (Phaidon Publishing). The recipes in this book are fantastic and not too difficult.
