We have 9 new knives up on the site including this CPM M4 7.5 inch 'line slayer'. This knife was a one off design for us that is a cross between a chef and a honesuki and should work well for everyday prep as well as boning. This is at a 64 HRC and is ground very thin. The handle is courtesy of @wkrmn who produces some phenomenal knife scales, among other things. In good wkrmn style, we custom engraved this hard working reaper and included the saying 'memento mori' which translates from Latin roughly as "remember you must die.' Its been a while since we have had one of our large kiritsuke knives on our website. If you like a big knife, this is a great workhorse at 10 inches. We tried to keep this one very clean and classic. Handle is an exquisite crotch walnut piece (stabilized) with a coke bottle shape to the handle which helps accomodate multiple grip styles. Pins are brass and middle pin is mosaic with a Cali style bear. Price on this is marked down slightly due to a minor cosmetic flaw in the pin.
