•mikey talking to zayn about how hes worried about gerards addiction and how he just wants his brother to be okay and zayn just listening and rubbing his back and playing with his hair because he cant fix it but he can at least make mikey calm down a little bit

•niall and frank always sitting off to the side while everyone else has to set up because theyre so short and whenever anyone tries to make them do stuff they deliberately fuck it up and laugh hysterically over it

•liam and ray and frank hanging out and talking about guitars and obviously ray is like this guitar god and frank just gushes to liam about how awesome ray is and ray gets all blushy and happy

•all of them going to waterparks and public pools together to fight the heat except the ways just sit off to the side in hoodies and jeans and zayn sits with them and they bitch about the sun and how outdoorsy their respective bands are

•harry and gerard talking about hair and doing things with each others hair and gerard finally convinces harry to dye his and they do it together on the 1d bus in the bathroom and the rest of 1d complain about the bleach smelling so strong for like a week

louis & gerard being frontman divas of their respective bands bc 'it's my way or no way because trust me it'll be great' and their band mates are wrapped around their fingers anyway so it doesn't matter. what if they start off as friends and then louis drags in niall who immediately bonds with everyone because that who he is and it's a gift/curse to have niall and frank in the same space but they'll live it's just a little laughter and then harry is dragged in who ends up just /getting/ gerard +

+ in a completely different way than louis so they become this weird dysfunctional trio. Then Zayn and Liam come along and Liam is a pretty cool dude and everyone likes him but he gets along best with Ray and Mikey because sometimes liam likes to chill but loves talking music with ray more and then mikey and zayn are just cute chill af buddies who lounge around being dark, handsome, and mysterious. i'm having a crisis tbh

ohmygod but louis being reluctant at first but gerard persuades him into it by educating him on all the greats who used to wear makeup on stage. I can just see them lightheartedly teasing their respective band mates together being too over the top for life but it's just the way they are and I think I'm gonna have a heart attack over my tiny sons

there was this one time in march where I think I would've killed to see Gerard and Louis in the same room just imagining about seeing these little pixie boys interacting was everything that ever mattered to me but all one direction??? chemdirection?? my life/?

okay but like i feel like louis is the most flamboyant one so him and gerard could probably talk ab makeup together and holy shit theyre like 2 little faeries gerard would get boas thrown at him on stage and give them to louis to wear sometimes
