Climbing some wild parts of the Great Wall of China. These 6 hours hiking were absoutly exhausting but included the most beautiful views of this fascinating monument and it's deserted ambiance. Our little group of seven people didn't meet anybody else, no living soul except a wild pig and some ravens. It's my number one life experience. Family Chen is friendly, it was a warm welcome. I felt comfortable at their house and garden (with all those beautiful flowers and cute animals) and enjoyed being their guest for two days. The hiking tour was absolutly great, diner and breakfast was delicious and I was sad, when I had to head back to Beijing.
