Luna gasps sharply and then, "Ouch!" is followed right by it. The little stinging pain that was inflicted on her eyes causes her to stumble back. Damn, dust! Both arms rise and she rubs her eyes with her knuckles.
Also, hopefully, whoever was near this large empty section (An isolated and abandoned place), had moved and dodged out the way quickly. The reason all the dust is cleared is when a few small buildings are propped upward in the correct way.

He takes in the scenery of the ball. People dancing, sounds of laughter, the background noise of people chitchatting and overall just the lovely sight of tje observatory. It's nice and reminds him of a long time ago.
"I have to say, the last time I went to a ball was a few hundred years ago. I can't say that it was as lovely as this one. What about you?"
