Not sure if this was a prompt request or just sharing something you’d like to see but I was working on a one shot that has some of what you said so here it is

Eddie and Buck have this connection where they both always know when something is off, or wrong with the other and right now something is definitely off with Buck.
“I know that look. What’s wrong?” Eddie asked.
“How do you know if you’re a bad kisser?” Buck blurted out.
“Wouldn’t know I’m phenomenal.” Eddie teased trying to lighten the mood a bit.
“Eddie.” Buck frowned. “I’m serious.”
“Someone usually tells you probably?”
“Ok.” Buck said biting his lip.
“Buck I’m sure if you were bad someone would have told you by now. Taylor would have.”
“Ok I get it you didn’t like Taylor.” Buck laughed. “Well how about you tell me.”
“Buck how am I supposed to know?”
“Kiss me and then tell me?”
“I don’t think we should. That seems like a bad idea.”
It’s not that Eddie doesn’t want to because he does he wants to kiss Buck more than he’s ever wanted to kiss anyone. That’s the problem. Buck just wants a test kiss and Eddie wants it all with Buck.
“Ok.” Buck sighed. “It’s just I’m nervous to get back out there and date while I’m worrying about this.”
Eddie couldn’t stand to see Buck look like this, and as much as seeing Buck start to date will hurt he has to help him because he just wants Buck happy…even if it’s not with him.
“Ok.” Eddie nodded.
“Ok? We can kiss and you’ll tell me if I’m bad. You have to promise to be honest.”
“I promise…I’m gonna let you take the lead. Really show me what you got.”
Buck grabbed the collar of Eddie’s Button down pulling him close until their lips met. It was everything and more than he imagined. It wasn’t just a good kiss it was the best kiss of Eddie’s entire life….not that he’s been kissed by that many people. When Eddie’s brain finally caught up with him he realized they were practically making out.
“Stop.” Eddie said pulling away breaking the kiss which was incredibly hard to do. “That’s enough of that.”
“I’m sorry. Oh no was it that bad?”
“Bad?? That was….not bad.” Eddie shook his head.
Eddie knows that’s not the response Buck wants, but how can he tell him how it really was, how can he tell him how good that felt. How nothing has ever felt more right before.
“Not bad?? Is that all you got? Wow you know how to make a guy feel special.” Buck said with a nervous laugh.
He has to tell the truth he really doesn’t want to lie to Buck…more so withhold the truth any longer.
“Buck….don’t get mad ok? Im going to be completely honest. Just like you asked.”
“I won’t get mad just rip the bandaid off.”
Eddie let out a deep breath. He wasn’t planning on confessing his love for his best friend today, but his feelings should be pretty obvious when he’s done complimenting Bucks kissing.
“No one has ever kissed me like that. That was the best kiss of my entire life.”
“Really?” Buck said wide eyed.
Buck just looked so cute Eddie really wanted to kiss him again.”
“Really. So now you don’t have to be scared to date again. Whoever they are they’re really lucky. You’re amazing Buck.”
“Eddie can I be honest with you?”
“Yeah.” Eddie said nervously.
Eddie was ready for it. Ready for all the hurt that would come after these next few words out of Bucks mouth.
“I don’t…I don’t want to start dating someone random. The only person I want to date is you.”
Eddie was in shock all the things he thought Buck might say that wasn’t it.
“So you’re saying….what exactly?” Eddie said letting out a deep breath. “Because I’ve kind of been in love with you for the past 3 years.”
“Guess we’re on the same page then. I’ve also been in love with you for the past 3 years, and by the way you’re right you are a phenomenal kisser and I have kissed a lot of people but that was by far the best.”
“Don’t talk about them.” Eddie shook his head.
“Aww you jealous?” Buck teased.
“So what if I am?”
“Well you don’t need to be. I want you and only you.”
“Ok that’s better.” Eddie smiled.
“So are you gonna kiss me again or just sit there looking pretty?”
“Pretty?” Eddie laughed.
“Hot, sexy, adorable, beautiful, irresistible….look Eddie really any of these words work. So what’s it gonna be?”
“I want to kiss you again under one condition.”
“What’s that?” Buck asked with the first smile.
“You’ll be my boyfriend.”
“There’s nothing I want more.” Buck said leaning in before Eddie closed the gap kissing Buck for the second time, but their first kiss as boyfriends.
“Has anyone ever told you you’re like a really good kisser?” Eddie smiled.
“Yeah once this guy. Beautiful brown eyes, killer abs, really nice ass and he’s the best dad I know.”
“Now you’re just trying to flatter me.”
“Nope it’s all true.” Buck smiled.
“I love you so much. I can’t believe I get to have a boyfriend and best friend all rolled into one. You’re literally the best person I know and as a added bonus you’re also the hottest person I’ve ever laid my eyes on
“Now you’re just trying to flatter me. So you sure you won’t get sick of me?” Buck asked.
“Not possible.” Eddie smiled. “You’re kinda stuck with me.”
“Good.” Buck smiled. “Because the feeling is mutual.”
