To the Christians who are wrestling with their faith, the gospel, or the church because of literally anything, I see you. I've been there a lot lately. More importantly, God sees you.
Whatever you're going through, please let God be a part of it. It's so much better with him there. Whatever you're feeling and whatever you have to say, he can take it. He's not afraid of you. He's not ashamed of you. He doesn't love you any less, and he does not want you to be miserable. Please.
This is the God who would do anything for you. Are you any less precious to him than the sparrow? Are your thoughts and dreams and fears and pains any less important? No. Not at all. Please, while you're wrestling with all this, let him be a part of it. The pain might not go away. In my experience, it often hasn't. But, then, I'm in pain and with him. It doesn't fix everything, but it helps. In small but significant ways, it helps.
