So around Christmas, I saw that Rosuuri and Cherriuki were making a Vocaloid Fanbook, and it looked AWESOME!!!!!
Well, I it arrived today as a birthday present for me! And IT WAS AMAZING. It was shipped from China, so there were really cool Chinese stamps on the package. And they DREW A BUNNY ON IT!!! A CUTE BUNNY FACE! Both their business card were inside, and there was a handwritten thank-you note and the book was autographed. And the art inside was beautiful! If this isn't great customer service, I don't know what is.
