If someone dates Osamu, Atsumu will always lift his shirt and say some shit like "you're with the wrong twin, bby" on more than one occasion. You just cannot escape it. It's gonna happen. There's obviously gonna be a difference in muscle if it's timeskip, with Osamu quitting volleyball and becoming a chef while Atsumu went on to the Olympics, but pretimeskip? Nada. Nope.
