Hi there! I was wondering if you guys would be sill accepting cosplays once February starts? (If spots are still open)
We sure will be! Applications will always be open, as long as the characters are available.
The beginning of February is the cut-off for unfinished cosplays, so once that month starts applications should have complete (or much more completed, ie missing only one feature) cosplays. Ones that aren’t complete enough will be turned down after the 1st, but are welcome to reapply when they’re finished- I’ll write that as the reason for the decline in that situation.
