am I an artist people like now?
I (somewhat) remember in my younger years, when I was new to digital art. I looked up to many specific artists, always copy them, look at their drawings to see their brush strokes, watch whatever they posted. And I always wanted to be like them, i even wanted to work as an artist once! Though I know now that that is probably a bad choice, so I have other dreams of a future career. But now, I keep on getting compliments, consistent viewers, likes, commenters, reblogers on my art. It’s crazy. Genuine supporters who say that they love my art, people have even called me an “artist they like” or one of their “favorite artists.” I even get fanart sometimes! It’s kind of crazy, I can’t help but get a little misty eyed.
