Thanks @township7 I had this bright #pinotgris2017 crisp and perfect with its symphony of fresh fruits and lime to pair well with #bcsockeyesalmon sourced @codfathersseafood inspired by #lurecookbook @nedbell p86. Had plans for #elotecorn so just used the fish part of recipe, added capers & garnished with a dab of @byfchef #cherrybbqbaste for that tomato contrast.
