Jensen and Jared were in Jensen's pickup, driving along the highway towards Dallas. They were on their way to see YN and meet her newborn.

YN, Jared, and Jensen had gotten really close over the past few years. Besides being costars, the boys became very close to YN, almost like off screen siblings.

Especially after YN's bad breakup.

Roughly 9 months ago, YN and her boyfriend decided to end things after 5 years of dating. YN found out she was pregnant and her boyfriend didn't want anything to do with the baby. After a long and loud verbal argument between the two, her ex decided to start physically fighting.

Her ex, after beating YN, stormed out of the house that night and never contacted YN again.

She packed a suitcase full of essentials, left the keys to their house on the doorstep, got in her car, and just started driving.

YN drove from her home in Nashville to Austin. She thought maybe Jensen or Jared could let her crash on their couch for the night until she figured out a plan.

Knocking on his door at almost 3:00 in the morning, Jensen didn't even question YN's bruises or her tear stained face. She took his guest room and stayed for about a week.

She told Jensen and Jared the entire story, and they helped her with anything she needed, including an apartment 2 hours from them in Dallas and everything she needed for the baby.

She called Jensen and Jared the day she gave birth to let them know she and the baby were healthy and doing well.

YN had taken maternity leave for the next six weeks from filming Supernatural as she recently had given birth to a baby girl, Irelyn Rose.

Now both YN and Irelyn Rose were home in Dallas with Jensen and Jared on their way for a visit.

YN got a call that morning from Jensen asking if he and Jared could come meet the baby officially. She was so excited to have them meet Irelyn Rose and told the boys to come whenever they could.

While in the middle of breastfeeding her newborn, YN heard a knock at her door. She slowly stood up, covered herself with a blanket, and walked over to the door.

YN opened the door and was almost tackled into a hug by Jared. He froze when he saw her with a blanket over herself.

"You know," Jensen began, "I warned you she might have the baby in her arms."

"I was excited! I haven't seen her in weeks," Jared replied.

YN chuckled, "Hi guys."

Jensen and Jared walked inside YN's apartment. When Irelyn was finished, YN covered herself back up and took the blanket off of herself. She burped Irelyn then cradled her in her arms.

Jensen and Jared walked over towards YN's couch and sat down. YN followed them and sat down between the two.

"Okay, I've been waiting for two and a half hours. Can I please hold Irelyn Rose?" Jared begged.

YN laughed, "Sure. Just be careful. Don't get her excited. I need to put her down for a nap first," she looked down at the baby, "Hi, Irelyn. Ready to meet Uncle Jared and Uncle Jensen?"

YN slowly passed Irelyn Rose over to Jared. Luckily since Jared and Jensen have kids of their own, YN could trust that they knew how to hold a baby.

Jared held Irelyn close in his arms, "Oh my gosh, she's so tiny."

"She's about the size I was when I was born, according to my mother," YN replied.

Jensen's leg was bouncing again YN's side, "Jared hurry up. I want to hold her too."

"Relax, you'll get to hold her, Jay," YN laid a hand on his shoulder.

Jared held Irelyn for the next 20 minutes. By that time, she had fallen asleep in his arms. The three stood from YN's couch and she walked the boys down the hallway to Irelyn's nursery.

Jared put Irelyn in her crib as YN made sure the baby monitor was on. The three walked out of the room and back into the living room.

"She looks so much like you, YN," said Jensen.

"How can you tell? She's a week old," YN laughed.

Jared crossed his arms, "Oh we can tell. That's our specialty."

"You two are dorks. Major dorks," YN rolled her eyes.

"I bet she'll be as sassy as YN is too," Jared said to Jensen.

Jensen nodded, "Oh for sure. Sarcastic too. Probably just as much of a smartass as well."

"I'm right here you know!" YN waved her hands in front of them.

Jared wrapped his arms around YN, "I'm so proud of you, YN."

YN chuckled, "For what?"

Jensen hugged her as well, "Irelyn Rose is a beautiful baby girl. And you're a great mother."

"It's only been a week, guys."

"It doesn't matter," Jared replied, "We can tell, remember?"

YN rolled her eyes and hugged the boys, "Thanks guys," then she whispered, "For everything."

The boys pulled back from the hugs and all three wiped tears from their eyes.

"I'm happy we've come so close, guys," YN smiled.

"Us too, YN," Jensen replied.

"Yeah, you've become like our sister. And we love you," Jared smiled.

YN wiped more tears from her eyes, "And I love you too."

Just then, Irelyn's crying came over the baby monitor that was set up in the living room. YN sighed from exhaustion.

Jensen laid a hand on her shoulder, "I got it. Besides, I got dibs to hold her anyway," he winked and walked towards the nursery.

Jared quickly followed him, "Okay but I got dibs next!"

YN crossed her arms and rolled her eyes, "Those boys are mega dorks, I swear," she turned to the growing pile of dishes in her sink, "But if they're watching her, I can get caught up on housework," then she turned to the TV, "Or my Netflix shows..."

"Oh my gosh," YN breathed as she covered her mouth, "I can't believe it.

"She had been feeling poorly all morning: nausea, mood swings, and exhaustion. Dean had suggested for her to stay home and sleep it off while he and Sam go on a hunt. She agreed and went back to bed.

While they were gone, however, YN went to the store and picked up a pregnancy test. She had a feeling that she didn't have a regular stomach bug, and she just wanted to check.

When she got home, she went straight to the bathroom and read the directions on the box. She took the test, set it on the counter, and sat in silence for 3 minutes while it processed. Her leg bounced rapidly on the ground while her anxiety made her mind race.

After the 3 minutes were up, she picked up the pregnancy test and gasped.

"I'm pregnant," she whispered as a tear rolled down her face, "I-I'm going to be a mom."

Suddenly she heard the Bunker door slam open. She knew she had to tell Dean the news immediately. And whether or not he'd be okay with it, she knew she'd be thrilled about starting a family.

YN ran out of the bathroom and down the hallway towards the library, "Sam! Dean! I have news!"

But when she got to the library, her heart dropped.

Dean was leaning against Sam, his hand pushing against his abdomen and he was covered in blood. Sam was trying to help his brother move quickly through the Bunker.

"YN, help me!" Sam yelled out.

She rushed over and helped hold Dean up, "What in the world happened?"

"Dean was stabbed by a vampire. We got here as fast as we could," he explained.

"Why didn't you go to the hospital?"

"He wouldn't let me. He said we had to get back here to you."

Sam kicked Dean's bedroom door open and he and YN helped him lay down on the bed. Dean groaned as he fell against the bed, his hand still pushing down on his abdomen.

"Babe, why didn't you just go to the hospital?" YN asked Dean.

Dean coughed as blood started to fill his mouth, "I-I had to...c-come see y-you."

She turned to Sam, "You could've called me and I would've met you at the hospital!"

Dean grabbed her arm with the hand not covering his abdomen, "N-no. Didn't...didn't w-want to risk it."

"Risk what?" she said through tears.

He stared at her, "I-I didn't want...to d-die without s-seeing you...one l-last time."

She suddenly remembered the item in her hand, "Dean, there's something I need to tell you."

"W-what?" he coughed up more blood.

YN held up the pregnancy test, "You're going to be a father, Dean."

Dean stared at her in shock, "Y-you're pregnant?"

She wiped her tears away and nodded, "Yeah. I had a feeling that the nausea wasn't from something I ate."

Dean sighed, "You're g-going to be...an amazing m-mother, YN."

"You can't die, Dean. I can't raise this baby alone," she laid a hand on his cheek.

"Y-you won't be alone...I-I'll always be w-with you," he smiled, "I'll w-watch over you...and the b-baby."

YN glanced at Sam, "There has to be something we can do."

Sam shook his head as a tear fell down his face, "There's nothing."

Dean squeezed YN's arm, "N-no, it's okay...it's b-better this way."

YN started to sob, "But Dean..."

"I love you, YN," he took a shallow breath, "I'll...always...love...you..."

She watched his eyes fall and the breath leave his lips. A gasped escaped her lips as she watched the love of her life slip away. She looked at Sam and saw he was crying as well.

She stood from the bed and ran over to Sam. She wrapped her arms around him and sobbed into his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and held her as she cried.

"H-he's gone, Sammy," she whispered.

"I know," Sam sighed.

She looked up at him, "What are we going to do?"

Sam looked at Dean then at YN, "Dean would want us to keep living. So that's what we're going to do."

That evening, Sam and YN gave Dean a hunter's funeral. They stayed outside until the fire went out completely and even a while after that.

After a few hours, the two walked inside the Bunker. Neither of them knew what to do. They sat down in the library and silently sulked.

At one point, YN looked down at her stomach and laid a hand on it, "Sam, how am I going to raise this baby without Dean?"

"Well, you have me. And I'll help you as much as I can," said Sam.

She smiled at him, "Thanks, Sam."

A few years later, YN pushes open the front door to the bunker. She groans as she runs down the steps and tosses her duffle bag on the ground.

"I'm back!" she yelled as she walked into the library.

When she heard small footsteps running down the hallway, she couldn't help the smile that appeared on her face.

Her daughter ran into the library, "Mommy's home!"

YN bent down and scooped her daughter into her arms, "Hi, baby girl. Did you have fun with Uncle Sammy?"

"We had lots and lots of fun. We played house and he did my hair and I did his hair and we play chef-"

"Playing chef and setting the oven on fire are two completely different things," Sam said as he walked into the library.

YN winced, "Was it bad?"

Sam shook his head, "Nothing I couldn't handle. How was the hunt?"

"Salt and burn. Easy as pie," YN chuckled.

Her daughter gasped, "Oh, Mommy, we should have some pie!"

Sam rolled his eyes, "Wow, that's the most Dean statement I've ever heard from her."

YN smiled, "She gets more and more like her father every day," she looked at her daughter, "I'll make you a deal, honey. I know you've been working on your spelling lately. If you can spell your name to me and Sammy, I'll make pie," she set her back on the ground.

Her daughter scoffed, "That's so easy. D-E-A-N-N-A, Deanna!"

"That's right! My smart little girl," YN bent down and kissed her cheek, "What kind of pie would you like?"

"What was Daddy's favorite?"

"Apple pie, especially my apple pie."

"Then apple pie it is! Can I help?"

YN looked up at Sam, "Do you have the fire extinguisher ready?"

Sam chuckled, "Yeah. It's somewhere in the kitchen."

YN took Deanna's hand, "Sammy's going to help, too, Dea."

"But Uncle Sammy can't cook," Deanna mumbled.

"Hey, I can cook just fine," Sam faked offense.

Deanna rolled her eyes, "Burnt mac & cheese isn't fine, Sammy."

YN laughed, "She's a mini Dean all right."

YN was quietly singing along to Carry On Wayward Son while she drove towards the Supernatural set to see Jensen. She looked in the rearview mirror to see Tristan in the backseat, fast asleep, and smiled.

Tristan Michael Ackles was born about a month ago, 6lbs 11 oz and 20 inches long. He had Jensen's eyes and hair, YN's nose and smile, and was their pride and joy.

Two days after YN gave birth, Jensen had to fly back to set. He's been home only a handful of times to see YN and Tristan. So YN got the idea to surprise Jensen on set and finally introduce Jared to his nephew that was named after him.

YN turned into the filming lot and parked towards the front. When she got out, many of the crew members shouted her name, saying hello and waving. She waved back then took Tristan's car seat out of the back. She locked the car and walked towards the trailers.

After visiting Jensen so many times on set, she knew exactly where to go and where everything was.

YN walked up to a trailer with J. Ackles written on the door. She already knew Jensen was either inside or in the makeup trailer based on his normal schedule, so she knocked lightly.

The door swung open, revealing Jensen in his makeup shirt and a script in hand.

"Surprise!" YN beamed.

"YN? What are you doing here?" said Jensen before he looked down at the baby carrier, "Hi, Tristan!"

YN giggled, "Hi babe. We thought we'd come and surprise you."

Jensen ushered them inside, "Well I'm definitely surprised."

YN walked over and set the carrier on the ground before turning around and kissing her husband. Jensen wrapped his arms around her and they stayed there for a while.

Jensen pulled back and laid a hand on YN's cheek, "I assumed you took a flight. How was that?"

"Would you believe me if I told you Tristan slept the entire time? He's been such an easy baby. We got so lucky," YN smiled.

"No, I got lucky. I have you, I have our son, I have an amazing career, and best of all I have you," Jensen winked.

YN laughed, "You said you have me twice."

"Because I'm twice as lucky to have you," Jensen winked again.

There was a sudden knock on Jensen's door.

"Who is it?" he asked.

"It's Jared. Could we run a few lines?" Jared said, muffled behind the door.

"Sure thing man," Jensen replied.

He walked over and opened the door. As Jared stepped inside, he saw YN and his face showed pure happiness and joy. He ran up to her and picked her up into the air, hugging her tightly.

"YN! Oh man I haven't seen you since-"

His thought was interrupted when a small giggle came from YN's feet. Tristan was wide awake now and as happy as ever. Jensen unbuckled him from his car seat and picked him up.

He walked over to Jared and smiled, "Hey, Jared. Want to meet your nephew?"

Jared slowly set YN back on the ground, "M-my nephew? Really?"

Jensen nodded, "Yeah, man. You are my brother."

Jared walked up to Jensen and reached his finger towards Tristan's hand. Tristan was giggling up a storm.

"Do you want to hold him?" Jensen asked.

Jared couldn't even speak. He opened his mouth to say something, but just nodded vigorously instead. Jensen carefully passed Tristan to Jared's arms. Jared cradled him close to his chest, smiling as Tristan stared up at him.

Jared smiled down at him, "Hiya, baby boy. I'm your Uncle Jared," he looked up at Jensen, "Did you two decide on a name yet?"

Jensen looked at YN with a big smile, "Yeah, we did."

YN walked up behind Jensen, wrapping an arm around him, "We wanted to wait and tell you when you met him."

Jensen and YN smiled at each other before Jensen said, "Jared, meet Tristan Michael Ackles."

Jared's jaw hit the ground and his eyes went wide. He looked between YN and Jensen, shocked at their choice but also overjoyed.

"R-really? You named him after...me?" Jared had tears spilling from his eyes.

YN nodded, wiping her own tears, "Jared, we wouldn't even be together if it wasn't for you."

"Yeah, man. And you're apart of our family. We love you," Jensen said.

Jared smiled, "Thank you, guys," he looked down at the baby, "Hi, Tristan. It's nice to officially meet you."

Tristan lifted his hand towards Jared's face and giggled. Jared smiled and kissed Tristan's head. 

YN and Jensen watched as Uncle Jared bonded with his baby nephew, wondering when to tell Jared there was another bun in the oven.

"Just...be careful. Please? For my sake and the baby's," Jensen begged his wife as she walked out the front door.

YN rolled her eyes and turned to him, "Will you relax? Jared drives like a grandma. He'll be safe. And Gen will be with us. And I'm not due for a few more weeks. You've got nothing to worry about, babe."

Jensen sighed, "I know. I just...I can't help but have a bad feeling about you going for a random drive."

"You can come with us. It's a beautiful day, Jay. Perfect for a Sunday drive."

"No, no. I need to finish the nursery. By the time you get home, it should be finished for him."

"Her, Jensen. It's a girl," YN chuckled.

Jensen crossed his arms, "Yeah, right. It's a boy. I know it is."

YN rolled her eyes, "Whatever you say, Jay. I'll let you know when we're close to home okay?"

Jensen kissed her cheek and laid a hand on her stomach, "Please do. And please be careful." ------------------ Jared and Gen were sitting in the front of Jared's car while YN sat comfortably in the back. They were currently driving down a backroad and enjoying the scenery.

"So, YN, how's the pregnancy?" Jared asked.

"Same as it was last night, bro. Still lots of back pain and feet swelling," YN smiled.

Gen turned around to look at YN, "Well you are absolutely beautiful and glowing, YN."

"Thank you, Gen."

"Are you nervous about being a mom?" Gen asked.

YN shrugged, "Kind of? I mean, I'm nervous about having a baby around. I teach Pre-k so I'm already good with kids. Otherwise I-whoa!" she sat up in her seat.

"What's wrong?" Jared looked in the rearview mirror.

YN held a hand on her stomach, "I-I don't know. I just felt a rush of pain," she looked up at Gen, "Is this normal?"

Gen's eyes widened, "It is...when you're about to go into labor."

"What?!" YN yelled, "Labor?! No, no. I'm not due for 3 more weeks. I can't be going into labor yet."

YN was groaning and moaning as pain was coursing through her body. Jared and Gen exchanged a look as Jared hit the gas.

"Don't worry, sis, we're on our way to the hospital," Jared said calmly.

YN screamed in pain, "J-Jared, I don't think there's time. The nearest hospital is at least 45 minutes from here and," another groan, "I don't think this baby can wait that long."

Gen laid a hand on her husband's leg, "Jared pull over. Call 911 and call Jensen."

Jared nodded as he pulled to the side of the road. When he parked, Gen jumped out of the front and over to the backseat. She opened the door and helped YN move to where she was laying down.

"Uh, Jared?!" Gen yelled.

"Yeah?" Jared pulled the phone from his ear.

Gen looked up with panic in her eyes, "She's crowning!"

"Shit," Jared pulled the phone back to his ear, "YN Ackles, yes. She's apparently crowning according to my wife. We're on the side of the road. We left from her house about a half hour ago. Her husband is at home, I'm about to call him as well. Okay, yeah. I'll stay on the phone."

YN screamed, "Gen, what do I do?!"

"Just...you're going to have to push, YN," Gen said calmly.

"What?! I am not having my baby on the side of the road!"

Genevieve sighed, "You don't exactly have a choice, YN."

Jared took Gen's phone from the front seat and dialed Jensen's number, "Hey, Jay? It's Jared. Listen, YN's in labor. I know, I know. Just relax. You know that old backroad behind the neighborhood? Yeah we're down that way. Just...hurry."

YN looked at her brother, "Jared, I'm scared."

Jared turned in his seat, "Don't be scared, sis. It's okay. Everything is going to be fine. The paramedics and Jensen are on their way. They should be here soon."

Over the course of 10 minutes, the paramedics and Jensen pulled up next to Jared's car. Jensen jumped out of his car and ran to Genevieve.

"YN, honey. I'm here. I'm right here," Jensen said as he walked up to her.

"Jensen, I-I'm sorry. I didn't know-"

"Don't worry about it, YN. Just...breathe."

YN looked Jensen up and down, "Why are you covered in blue paint?"

Jensen blushed, "I, uh, I was painting the nursery?"

"We agreed on yellow as a neutral color, Jay! You don't even know if the baby is going to be a boy or a girl! Why would you assume a boy!?"

"I just...I don't know. Wishful thinking?"

The paramedics ran up with their supplies and urged Genevieve and Jensen to move out of the way. Jared jumped out of the driver's seat and ran around to Jensen and Gen.

One of the paramedics yelled to the other, "The baby is coming now!"

YN started to scream and cry as anxiety took over. Jensen knew she needed him, so he ran around to the other side of the car and opened the backdoor. YN leaned her head back and smiled as her husband came into view.

"Just focus on me, YN. I'm right here," Jensen spoke softly.

YN lifted her hand above her head to Jensen, "Jay, I'm scared."

"Don't be honey. It'll be all over soon. I promise."

YN screamed as she felt another rush of pain through her body, but this time she pushed when it happened. After pushing a few more times, everyone at the scene suddenly heard the crying baby.

The paramedic held the baby in his arms as he said, "It's a girl!"

YN and Jensen had tears of joy when they heard the gender of their baby. After the paramedics cleaned the baby girl up, they wrapped her and handed her to Jensen. They put the clamps on the umbilical cord then held up the scissors.

"Well, Dad, do you want to do the honors?" the paramedic asked Jensen.

He nodded and walked around the car. He took the scissors from the man and cut the cord. He thanked the man and walked back around to YN.

"Did you guys ever settle on a name?" Jared asked.

YN nodded, "We decided on a girl's name and a boy's name last week. Jensen, do you want to tell them?"

"Sure," Jensen looked up to Gen and Jared, "Guys, we'd like to formally introduce you to Ismerelda Sollei Ackles."

Gen wiped the tears from her eyes, "That's such a beautiful name, Jay. And a beautiful baby girl as well."

"Congrats, you two," said Jared.

"Thanks, guys. And I'm sorry for ruining our Sunday drive," YN said with a shrug.

Jared laid a hand on YN's foot, "You didn't ruin anything, sis. If anything, you made it even better."

"Besides," said Gen, "We're going to have to take a trip to the hospital now. It'll give Jensen plenty of time to repaint the nursery."

YN chuckled, "Exactly. Now Jay, when I get home, I expect that nursery to be-"

"Sunshine yellow, I know. I got it," Jensen rolled his eyes.

YN is starting an Instagram live with Chloe and Grace sitting next to her on the couch. The two girls were so excited to be involved in the announcement, and YN was just hoping Jared would be back home soon.

"Hey everyone! It's YN, Chloe, and Grace here. Jared stepped out for a moment but he'll be right back," YN smiled.

"Mommy, I want to say something!" Grace shouted.

"Okay, honey. Go right ahead," YN pulled Grace on to her lap and in front of the laptop.

Grace sat in her mom's lap and yelled, "Hi people! We have a surprise for you!"

"Okay, okay, sweetie. We gotta wait until Daddy gets home, remember? It's his surprise too," YN looked at her daughter with a stern face.

Just then, the front door opened and in walked Jared with the baby carrier. A sigh of relief escaped YN's mouth, happy to see her husband.

"Sorry I took so long," Jared began, "They didn't have the diapers-"

"And Jared's back, yay!" YN interrupted her husband.

Jared understood and quietly walked over to the couch with the baby. He set the carrier at his feet and sat down next to YN. A quick peck on the lips and the two girls were making grossed out noises towards their parents.

"Oh, does this bother you two?" Jared asked as he kissed YN again.

"Daddy, ew!" Grace exclaimed.

Chloe crossed her arms, "How do you know Mommy doesn't have cooties?"

Jared chuckled, "If Mommy has cooties, I don't mind catching them," he kissed YN on the cheek.

"Okay, I think we should get to our announcement now," YN grabbed Jared's hand.

Jared looked at YN, "Should we just like say it or build up to it or-"

“Mommy had a baby!" Grace screamed.

YN groaned, "Thank you, Grace."

Grace shrugged, "What? You said to wait until Daddy was home. Well, he's home now."

Jared chuckled, "I mean, she's not wrong."

Jared reached down and carefully took Lily out of the car seat. He held her in his arms, cradling her close to him.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we'd like to introduce to you a new member of the Padalecki family," YN said.

"This is Lily Marie Padalecki," Jared began, "She was born about a week ago."

"We tried to keep the pregnancy a secret as best as we could with quarantine and all, but now we'd like you all to meet our third daughter."

"Mommy?" Grace asked.

"Yes, honey?"

"Can I hold Lily?"

YN smiled at Grace then looked up to Jared, "Well? Can she? Or are you going to hog Lily all to yourself?"

Jared rolled his eyes, "Oh come on, 5 more minutes?"

YN chuckled, "Grace, you and Chloe sit next to each other. Really close though, okay?"

The two girls did as asked. YN took Lily from Jared's arms and turned to the girls.

"Okay, Chloe, do you remember what I said about your baby dolls?" YN asked.

Chloe nodded, "Hold up the head gently."

"Good girl. Okay, here we go."

YN slowly put Lily on to Grace and Chloe's laps. Chloe held Lily's head up and Grace wrapped an arm around Lily's stomach.

"She's so tiny," Grace said.

"I love her," Chloe whispered as she kissed Lily's head.

YN smiled towards Jared at the loving moment between the girls. She walked over and sat next to her husband. Jared wrapped an arm around YN.

YN looked back at the laptop, "Well, guys. I'm afraid that's all the time we have. Thank you for joining us in this special moment. I feel like Lily is in good hands, right Jared?"

He nodded, "One big happy family."

YN waved to the computer, "Thanks guys. We'll see you soon. Bye!"

She leaned forward and turned off the Instagram live. When she leaned back, she sighed and stretched. Jared kissed her forehead and squeezed her into a hug.

That loving moment was very short lived though when a bad smell hit the air.

"Uh, mom?" said Grace, "I think Lily needs a new diaper."

The day Jensen found out he and his wife were going to have another child, he was panicked. When he and his wife agreed they'd wait until the baby was born to find out the gender, he was panicked. The morning his wife went into labor and had to call his parents to come to the hospital to watch his boys, he was panicked.

And now, pacing around the hospital lobby and sweating bullets, Jensen was panicked.

He was lucky his boys were so calm during all of this: Mykel sat in a chair playing on his Nintendo Switch, Apollo sat next to him watching the game, Kutler was coloring in a book on the floor, Jensen's mother held Weston in her lap while bouncing him, and Jensen's father held a sleeping Tiberius in his arms.

Jensen smiled looking over at his family. He sighed, knowing how lucky he was to have such a big family. And it was about to get bigger.

His mother waved him over to her, snapping him from his thoughts. Jensen walked over and sat next to his mom.

She patted his cheek and smiled, "Are you excited?"

Jensen nodded and sighed, "Just nervous. And I don't know why. I've been through this 5 other times."

"Well, your father was the same way with you 3 kids. He couldn't sit still in the waiting room. He was just so excited to meet you all for the first time," she replied, leaning to her husband.

Jensen's father whispered to him, as to not wake the baby, "She's right, as always. It doesn't get easier with each kid. But that doesn't mean that you won't love them any differently."

Jensen smiled, "Thanks, Dad."

His mother nudged his shoulder, "So, what do you think? Boy or girl?"

Jensen shrugged, "No clue. Based on these 5, my guess is boy."

"Any names picked out?" she asked him.

"If it's a boy, Landon. If it's a girl, Leighton," he replied.

Suddenly a doctor burst into the waiting room. Jensen was on his feet in a second, panicked once again.

The doctor walked up to Jensen, "She's about to give birth. Do you want to be in the room?"

Jensen opened his mouth, but couldn't speak. He nodded vigorously to the doctor and followed him down the hallway.

Once he got to the room, they got him into a gown, gloves, and a mask. He saw YN on a bed sitting up, covered in sweat, and breathing heavy. He walked over to her and sat in the chair next to the bed.

The next few minutes felt like seconds to Jensen but hours to YN.

Before they both knew it, the doctor was holding their baby up for them to see as he exclaimed, "It's a girl!"

Jensen's jaw hit the ground. YN was crying from happiness.

She reached out to grab his hand as she whispered, "It's Leighton."

Jensen's eyes filled with tears almost instantly as he heard his daughter's name for the first time. He put a hand to his chest and looked down at YN. She was smiling at him and crying.

A few hours later, Jensen's parents along with his sons were sitting around the bed. Mykel and Apollo were on YN's left, Jensen's parents at the foot of the bed, Kutler was sitting on the bed at YN's feet, Weston was next to Kutler, and Tiberius was in Jensen's arms.

Leighton was fast asleep in YN's arms. She smiled down at her baby, "Hi Leighton. You're so beautiful," she said kissing the top of her head.

Tiberius pointed at Leighton, and yelled with excitement, "Baby!"

The room burst into laughter as Jensen bent down to YN, "That's right, son, baby. Baby girl, a little sister."

YN smiled at her husband, "Jay, do you want to hold her?"

Jensen's eyes instantly filled with tears as he nodded.

His dad walked over and took Tiberius from his arms. YN sat up and handed Leighton over to Jensen. Jensen took her and stared at her for a bit.

He smiled as a tear fell down his face, "Hey, baby girl. I'm your Daddy."

Leighton opened her eyes slightly and giggled at Jensen, which pulled at his heartstrings. She reached up a hand to him and wrapped it around his finger.

"Don't worry, Leighton. I'm going to protect you with everything I am. Daddy's got you. Now and forever."

From that moment on, Leighton had Jensen wrapped around her little finger. And Jensen was trilled to have a daughter for the first time in his life.

During a Zoom interview, Jensen and Jared were in a fit of giggles, reminiscing of the pranks on Alex during filming. Tears were streaming from both men as well as the interviewer. 

"But the fact that he tried to get us back was the best part," spoke Jared through giggles. 

 "Oh yeah, he put a bucket of water on the door of my trailer. Both Jared and I saw it, and thought we should prank Misha with it," replied Jensen. 

The interviewer wiped her tears, "You guys are so mean to him!" 

"Eh, only on days that end in Y," mumbled Jensen. 

As the interview continued, there was a knock at the door behind Jared. He turned around and saw YN walking in with Dallas in her arms. Dallas was crying and being fussy. 

"Babe, I'm so so sorry to interrupt you, but she hasn't stopped crying and I need a little help," said YN. 

Jared smiled and held his arms out for his daughter, "Give her to me." 

YN smiled back and handed the baby to Jared. She waved to Jensen and the interviewer before scurrying out of the room. 

Jared turned back to the camera, "Sorry guys. This happens more times than you'd believe." 

Jensen chuckled, "I've never not seen Dallas in your arms." 

Jared looked down at his daughter, who was cooing and giggling, "She's a Daddy's girl, that's for sure." 

The interview continued for another 15 minutes. Jensen and Jared were in the middle of explaining how Jack's death was a significance in the season when there was another knock at the door. 

YN opened it and whispered sorry as Oakleigh walked inside and straight to Jared. Jared nodded his head to YN to come and get Dallas. She walked inside, saying hello to Jensen and the interviewer again, and took Dallas from Jared's arms. 

Oakleigh took this opportunity to climb into Jared's lap. He helped her sit on his lap, waved goodbye to YN, and turned back to the camera. 

"Hi, Oak," Jensen waved to Oakleigh. 

She giggled and hid her face in Jared's chest. 

Jared laughed, "She's so shy, but she does love her Uncle Jensen. Say hi, Oakleigh." 

Oakleigh turned and waved to the camera, "Unca Jay!" 

"Hi, sweetheart," Jensen smiled back at the little girl. 

The interviewer waved as well and asked, "Speaking of kids, Jensen, how are yours?" 

"They're doing fine. JJ and Arrow are up in their room with Danneel playing dolls. I'm sure Zeppelin is with them playing with his trucks," Jensen replied, smiling at the thought of his wife and kids. 

Sometime during the next 20 minutes of the interview, YN came in and took Oakleigh from Jared. She was half asleep in his lap, meaning it was almost time for her nap. 

Jared was telling a story about the first day on set with Alex when he heard the door squeak open behind him. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, trying to calm his annoyance. 

He turned around and saw his oldest daughter, Phoenix, walking in with a bear hanging from her hand. 

"Hi, sweet pea. Did you need something?" Jared asked. 

Phoenix didn't say anything and walked up to Jared. She looked up at him and held her arms out to be picked up. 

Jared rolled his eyes with a chuckle and picked her up. 

Jensen took a moment to comment on the kids, "It's been really nice getting to spend time with the kids. As much as quarantine sucks, having a lot of family time is really nice." 

Jared gave an annoyed laugh, "Yeah, it is. My girls have been really clingy to me since I've been home. It's really cute." 

Phoenix was almost asleep in Jared's arms when there was another knock at the door. He turned around, rolling his eyes in the process, as YN walked in the room with a crying Dallas and a fussy Oakleigh. 

"Jared, honey, I know you're in the middle of an interview, but the girls really want you," said YN with tears in her eyes. 

She was clearly tired and needed a break. 

Jared picked Phoenix up, waking her in the process, and set her on the ground. He held out his arms for Dallas, but Oakleigh ran up to him and climbed in his lap instead. 

Jared looked at his daughter, "Baby, Daddy needs to hold Dallas, okay?" 

"No! Daddy mine!" screamed Oakleigh. 

Phoenix stood up and held her arms to Jared, "No, Daddy is mine! We were snuggling!" 

Dallas was wailing and screaming, reaching her arms out to Jared. YN was bouncing her, trying to calm her down. 

Jared slowly stood from his office chair and put Oakleigh on the ground. He hung his head, his fists clenched, and he spoke in a low voice with his teeth clenched, "YN, take the girls into the living room. Please." 

YN nodded and ushered the girls over to her. Oakleigh and Phoenix skipped over to their mother. YN turned and left Jared's office. 

Jared turned back to the camera, Jensen and the interviewer's faces were in shock. 

Jared cleared his throat and chuckled, "Looks like it's another Super Dad type of day. Sorry to cut this short, but duty calls." 

The interviewer shook her head and smiled, "That's fine, Jared. Thank you both for your time." 

Just then, Phoenix burst through the door, "Daddy, let's watch Frozen!" 

Jared hung his head with a loud sigh, "Daddy will be right there." 

Jensen spoke quietly, "Have fun Jared. Call me if you need anything." 

Jared slowly shut his laptop and mumbled, "I need this quarantine to be over." 

He rubbed his face and turned to leave his office. When he opened the door, the sounds of laughter filled his ears. He walked towards the living room and peeked around the corner. 

YN was sitting there tickling Phoenix and Oakleigh while Dallas was jumping in her bouncy seat. All of his girls were laughing and smiling, and it made him smile. 

YN looked up and saw Jared, her smile faded, "Hi, honey. You okay?" 

Jared walked in and sat down next to her, kissing her forehead. Phoenix and Oakleigh sat in his lap. He kissed them as well before reaching over and lightly squeezing Dallas's arm. 

"I am now, love. I am now."

Jensen was sitting in probably the most uncomfortable chair built for a 42-year old man. A plastic tiara sat on top of his head, his nails were painted pink, plastic jewelry on his neck, wrists, and fingers, and he was sipping fake tea from a plastic mug.

His daughters, Harleigh, Willow, and Ivy, sat around him also dressed up in tiaras and jewelry. They were giggling with their pinkies high in the air, drinking their fake tea as well.

Willow cleared her throat, "Miss Harleigh, may I have another cup, please?"

Harleigh held up the empty tea pot and nodded, "Of course Miss Willow," she said as she poured the tea.

Ivy held out her cup to her older sister, "Me too!"

Harleigh waved her finger in the air, "No, no, Ivy. You have to ask nicely. Like Willow did."

Ivy rolled her eyes, a trait from her mother, and sighed, "Harleigh-"

"That's Miss Harleigh, Ivy. It has to be proper," Harleigh interrupted.

Ivy clenched her teeth, "Fine. Miss Harleigh, may I have more tea?"

Harleigh held up the tea pot with her pinky out, "Say please."

Ivy growled out a "Please" to her sister. Harleigh nodded and pour the tea into the mug.

Harleigh looked to Jensen and smiled, "Tea, Daddy?"

Jensen shook his head, "No, thank you baby girl. I'm a little full on tea. I need to save room for dinner later on."

There was a knock at the door and Jensen turned around to see Annalise standing there. She had her head down and one arm across her body holding the other.

"Anna, you okay?" Jensen asked.

She sighed, "Can I...can I talk to you for a second? It's, um, it's important."

Jensen turned to Harleigh, Willow, and Ivy, "Excuse me for a moment girls." He stood up, his knees popping several times and his back as well, and took off the jewelry and tiara. Setting them on the table, he turned to his oldest daughter and pointed out of the room, mentally telling her he'll follow her.

The two walked down the hallway and into Annalise's room. Annalise shut the door behind Jensen and leaned against it.

Jensen looked confused, "Honey, is there something wrong?"

Annalise looked up at Jensen with tears in her eyes, "Daddy, am I ugly?"

Jensen's eyes widened. It's going to be one of these days, he thought.

He walked up to Annalise and bent down to a knee and looked up at her, "Annalise, baby, why in the world would you think that?"

A tear slipped down her face. Jensen wiped it away. He tilted her chin up but she pulled away from him.

Annalise sighed, "All my friends have boyfriends. But I can't even get a guy to give me the time of day!"

Jensen rolled his eyes, Yep one of these days.

He stood up from his spot and walked over to her bed. Sitting down, he pat the spot next to him, telling his daughter to join him. Annalise walked over to Jensen and sat next to him, bringing her knees up to her chest.

Jensen laid a hand on her back and rubbed between her shoulders, "Annalise, this is not me being the overprotective Dad, but you are way too young for boys."

Annalise raised her voice, "But everyone else has a boyfriend!"

"And? That means nothing. You are a smart, beautiful, talented young lady. You're only 13. Do you know how old I was when I started dating your mother?"

Annalise shook her head.

Jensen chuckled, "I was 28-years-old."

Annalise's jaw hit the ground, "You were that old?"

Jensen squinted his eyes, "Hey now, I was not nor am I old. But yes, I was 28. You're still very young. Dating right now is fine, but having a boyfriend for the sake of having one isn't smart. Just wait, Prince Charming will come and sweep you off your feet one day," he turned away and mumbled the next part, "And I'll have to hunt him down and tell him I’ll destroy him if he hurts my girl."

Annalise smiled up at Jensen then hugged him around his waist, "Thanks Daddy. I knew you'd help me out. Mom just told me boys are overrated."

Jensen raised his eyebrows, "Speaking of Mom, where is she?"

Annalise shrugged her shoulders, "She said something about taking the twins out for a bit and picking up something from the bakery."

Just then, Harleigh, Willow, and Ivy burst through the door. They were all screaming at each other, Willow through her tiara on the ground, and Ivy looked as if she were about to burst into tears.

Jensen stood up and jogged over to them, "Hey now, what's going on?"

Harleigh turned to her father, "Ivy spilled the tea everywhere!"

Ivy yelled back, "Nuh uh! Willow did it!"

Willow raised her voice even higher than the other two, "There wasn't even any tea in the pot!"

Harleigh rolled her eyes, "It's imaginary tea, Willow! You have to use your brain, but you don't have one!"

"I do too! Besides, Ivy was the one who didn't even know how to use her manners!"

"I have manners! I just don't like to use them all the time!"

"Girls!" Jensen yelled.

The three girls looked up at their father. He sighed, his fists clenched at his sides.

"Why don't you three invite Annalise to your tea party? I'm sure she would like to have tea time with you. Right, Anna?" Jensen turned to his teenage daughter.

She rolled her eyes and smiled, "I guess I can make some time for tea."

Harleigh, Willow, and Ivy screamed and giggled in excitement. Annalise stood from her bed and walked over to her younger siblings. Willow handed her a tiara, which Annalise put on her head, and the 4 girls walked out of the room.

Jensen sulked and sighed. He rubbed his face and mumbled to himself, "I really hope the next baby is a boy."

He heard the front door shut and YN yell from downstairs, "Jay? We're back!"

Smiling to himself, Jensen jogged out of the room and down the stairs. He walked into the kitchen and saw YN standing there.

He walked up to her and wrapped his arms around her waist, "Well hello there, pretty lady."

YN blushed, "Jensen, stop it. Not in front of the twins."

He turned her around and bent to kiss her stomach, "Hello baby Ackles."

She giggled at Jensen, "You goofball."

Jensen kissed YN's cheek then bent down to his youngest daughters, "Hi Kiera. Hi Bella. Did you have fun with Mommy?"

The nodded their heads and Kiera spoke up, "We got cake!"

Isabella decided to answer as well, "And Mommy said it's special."

Jensen looked shocked, "You got cake?," he looked to YN, "What kind of cake?"

YN giggled, "Why don't you call everyone downstairs and we'll see what kind of cake it is?"

Jensen's eyes widened, "You mean that's the cake? The cake?"

YN nodded enthusiastically. Jensen laughed and picked up his wife, spinning her into a hug.

Jensen yelled up towards the stairs, "Girls, your mom brought cake! Come have a slice!"

Almost immediately, all 4 girls were running down the stairs and into the kitchen. Annalise sat down at the table, already knowing what was going on. Jensen had to get Harleigh, Willow, and Ivy to follow her lead.

YN grabbed the cake and sat it down on the table, holding a hand up to the girls, "Hold on. Let me get plates. Don't touch the cake!"

She jogged over to the pantry and got 8 paper plates. She also grabbed forks and a cake knife, and walked back to the table. Jensen put Kiera and Isabella in high chairs before sitting down.

YN handed him the knife, "Now hold on just one second. Let me get my phone." She grabbed her phone from her purse, turned on the camera and hit record. She waved at Jensen to get him to say something.

He cleared his throat, "Alright girls, time to find out if the next Ackles baby is a boy or a girl. What does everyone think?"

Annalise replied first, "Definitely a girl."

Then Harleigh, "A girl!"

Then Willow, "I hope it's a girl."

Then Ivy, "Well I hope it's a boy."

Jensen mumbled, "You and me both kiddo."

Kiera and Isabella both yelled out, "Girl!"

Jensen turned to YN, "And you honey?"

YN shrugged, "I happy either way. But I think it's a girl."

Jensen took a deep breath, "Okay, let's see." He sliced the cake on the end, his daughters leaning in to look. YN was shaking the camera from excitement.

Jensen took out the slice and his shoulders dropped.

Annalise screamed out, "I was right! It's a girl!"

All the girls at the table were screaming "It's a girl!" over and over. YN walked towards the cake with the camera before it moved to Jensen's face. He looked at YN with eyes that said Really? Another girl?

After a while, Jensen, YN, and their daughters were sitting at the table eating cake. Jensen picked at his for a bit, wishing the cake was blue and not pink.

Then Annalise spoke up, "Oh, Mom, I forgot to tell you. I started my period for the first time today."

YN clapped, "Oh, honey, you're a woman now!"

Jensen's face fell. He went white as his jaw dropped. He looked between Annalise and YN.

YN turned to Jensen and smiled, "Isn't that nice, Jay? Annalise is growing up."

"Mhmm, it's great," he replied. He shoved a fork into his cake and mumbled, "Just 6 more of those to go." ---------------------------------
