Ingredients: 1 cup almonds, soaked overnight. 4 cups water. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 cup cherries, pitted. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
Instructions: Soak almonds, then drain and rinse them. Put almonds, water, cocoa powder, maple syrup, cherries, and almond extract in a blender. For about two to three minutes, blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Put the mixture into a large bowl after straining it through a nut milk bag or a fine mesh sieve. Put the almond milk that has been strained into a clean container and put it in the fridge until it is cold. Before serving, stir it up well. Have fun!
