Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate, chopped. 200ml coconut cream. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup pitted cherries, halved. 1 pre-made tart shell 9-inch.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 182C. Coconut cream should be heated in a saucepan until it just starts to simmer. Take it off the heat and pour it over the chocolate chips. After one minute, stir it until it's smooth. Put coconut shreds on the bottom of the tart shell. Put the cherry halves on top of the coconut. Spread out the cherries as you pour the chocolate mixture over them. Put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
