It wasn't the day he was expecting. He hadn't wanted to leave his apartment, frankly he never did at this point. However he had completely run out of food. At some point, he was going to be getting odd looks if he kept ordering takeout, and he knew if he kept texting his dad, then he'd get a different look. Instead he had ventured out, and with his luck managed to bump into someone. That would be bad enough, but this someone was not only his ex's dad, but also got royally screwed over by the Gods and Trojans. "Sorry, I didn't see you. You didn't drop anything did you?" and now he was babbling, but right now all he could do was hope he was anonymous.

"Think I know the feeling" or at least how someone could be that close to it. Life here was getting more and more complicated, though there really wasn't anything he was going to be able to do about it. "Doesn't seem like that would fix anything though. Just have to somehow work through it".

It might not have been the most sensible thing, but with life the way it was now, Alejar had opted to lie on the beach and try and reconnect with the Force. Least this way would look more nature and not like he was struggling with something. He wasn't sure how wise it was to use the Force in public, but if he was just testing his luck, reaching out with it and seeing if he could hear the signatures again... that would be harmless enough surely?

It had been comforting, feeling other people again and the Force flowing through him. That was until he felt a signature he'd know anywhere. Sitting up he looked around, trying not to appear as shocked as he felt, but the Force didn't lie. Unless it really had been because Lukas was always the person he wanted to see. Even if he hadn't admitted it, he had been looking for him.

At that Benedict nodded, "indeed, we do have a lot to waste" which was a very rare thing for him, and he wasn't going to complain about it. "That usually tends to be the best sort of time though, can find all sort of things to get up to" or do nothing. Nothing sounded nice, however he wasn't going to push that.

At that Edward raised an eyebrow, he was accused of many things a lot of the time, that was new. " 'fraid I am not lying lad" he replied, deciding to be blunt about it, usually that seemed to save time. "I am many things, but a liar has never really been one of them" more just let people assume things, like him being Duncan, that had either been a success, or a massive mistake, he wasn't yet sure.

"Why?" that was one thing about this world that he had not yet wrapped his head around. He liked things to make sense, but here people were just so different. "It's not as if I'm not capable of doing it anyway" he had to be. He was used to being alone.

Ok whoops. Elliot knew sometimes his curiosity was a lot faster than his logic. He just deeply loved learning new things, but also knew sometimes he asked the wrong question. "Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude. It's just fascinating to me, and I'd rather ask than ever assume".
