It's such a cute character detail that no matter the mission if he has time to prepare, Agent 47 always has that shit on. Like even in the training missions he had that shit on.

Sure, you could argue it's to "blend in" better since his infiltrations are largely fancy affairs, but he doesn't always need to dress nice at the start of them.. he'll be changing out of them anyway for a future disguise. The man really just has to be the best dressed bitch at the ball.
