I'm back on my genderbending bullshit.

And today I'm taking advantage of the house fire scene to draw more pretty nightgowns.

Also more Headgirl and Errandgirl shenanigans.

I do feel kind of guilty for posting two side characters when I haven't even posted the rest of the "main cast"

Anyways, Cheslock time!

Waaaaa he was so fun to draw. I love his pose and the bag!! Genuinely just a cool dude.

Yapping and old art under the cut:

Left: his old character sheet. I didn't know what I was doing obviously. I wanted his outfit to be reminiscent of the blue cult arc outfit but OBVIOUSLY that doesn't work when you remove all the details.

His bag and violin contains just...very surface level punk things, since I didn't know what to do with him at the time and this does not do him justice. I'm happy with the current version. It has a lot more personality. I also removed the stickers from the violin because that would impact the sound quite significantly, markers are still a crime so he's on thin ice.

Middle: you know the drill, outfit time. I like these a lot. Especially the first one, I took the jacket and mismatched laces for my current design of course. (It is also at this EXACT MOMENT THAT I REALISE THAT I FORGOT HIS DAMM MAKEUP ON THE CURRENT CHARACTER SHEET!!!! RAAAAAA!!!).

Right: When I first started designing him, I did some research into lace code to make sure he's not wearing anything that's against his politics. Well turns out the purple laces I wanted to give him fit right in. If you're curious about the meaning of the green laces in the current design: they're for environmental activism :)

Left: this came to me and I quickly had to doodle the idea so I wouldn't forget. (I think it's based of an actual video I saw). I seriously need to turn this into an actual drawing one day since it describes their dynamic perfectly. In my current rendition of the story, Joanne and Ches have a kind of brother like bond which I would like to explore more.

Middle: idk if there was any particular reason as to why I drew this but yeah: Ches in his uniform. I kind of changed his look in the current rendition, since I think he's on THIN ICE at his (very conservative) school. .

Right: a lil doodle page. I think I've posted this one before. Just them being cute after getting together (after a Lot and I mean a LOT of bickering)
