This is a great recipe for French press coffee that has the rich flavors of mocha and chestnut. Adding candied chestnuts gives each sip a sweet crunch, making it a great treat for coffee lovers.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee beans. 3 cups water. 1/4 cup chocolate syrup. 1/4 cup chestnut syrup. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup candied chestnuts chopped. Whipped cream for topping. Chocolate shavings for garnish.
Instructions: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Then, let it cool down for a minute. Put the coffee beans that have been ground up into your French press. In a French press, pour the hot water over the coffee grounds. Don't plunge the French press; just put the lid on top of it and let it steep for 4 minutes. To make the heavy cream, heat it in a small saucepan until it's hot but not boiling. Put the chocolate syrup and chestnut syrup in a different bowl and mix them together. While the coffee is still hot, slowly plunge the French press to separate the grounds from the liquid. Put the coffee that has been brewed into your favorite mug. Mix the chocolate-chestnut syrup with hot heavy cream, then add it to the coffee and stir it in well. Pour your Mocha Chestnut French Press Coffee into a mug. Add whipped cream, candied chestnut pieces, and chocolate shavings on top. Have fun with your sweet Mocha Chestnut French Press Coffee with Candied Chestnuts!
