Violet Beauregarde & Bonejangles | Chewing On Strings
Looking around, Bonejangles saw many medals, plenty of trophies, and about a hundred yoga mats. What was this place? He had no idea, but he didn't feel like a winner despite all the fighting spirit he'd picked up. Chewing gum. Everywhere. Gym suits here and there, each about as tall as a ten year old. He felt a chill in the air and suddenly felt a little too unwelcome. Making for the exit, he had to hide behind an outfit as he saw a tall blonde woman and a shorter blonde girl enter the room all smiles holding several new ribbons. For what, he didn't know. He couldn't move. All Bon could do was watch... very carefully.
The woman left the room and kissed her child on the forehead, before letting the girl place the ribbons where she felt necessary. Come on! he thought to himself as he tried to reach the back door key that was hanging a few feet away from him with a pole he'd found and assumed was for playing polo or hockey. The key dropped after several attempts, and made a clang. The girl twisted rapidly and made her way towards the key and noticed the pole lying across the floor and made her way to the outfits, parting them on their hangers. When she screamed, he covered her mouth and whispered to her. "It's fine, I didn't mean to scare you, I was about to leave, I heard music, I love music... I'll go." She'd calmed down somewhat when he'd released her from his arms. "We jazzy?" he grinned, taking off his hat to show how apologetic he felt. "I'm so sorry," he added with a snicker.
