I’m sorry but where do you get your borders for your splash icons and if you made them yourself could you show us how?..

Oh I made them myself! They are actually really easy to make. A lil reminder, I use sai to make my icons so it might be hard for you to follow my tutorial if you use some other program.

I have a brush called “Water Brush” which is supposed to be used for drawing water but I use it for icons uwu

Now, open the canvas and in the center use the water brush to draw

You can stop here if you want, but I go on.

I will erase the corners with the same brush... And again, you can stop here if you want.

And keep doing it until I like it and draw a bit more I draw a bit more in the center. This makes it look softer so if you want that go ahead. I like to make sure the splash does not touch the canvas’ end.

You can also add a fringe effect or use the airbrush to add a bit of shading on the corners.

Well that’s it, but this is just a tutorial on making the splash border.
