I didn't know about it! I remember seeing another book of hers as a new arrival from a local publisher last year (I think it was last year lol this decade is a blob) but I haven't heard of this one :) Thanks for the rec! ♥

🕐When did you start writing?

I started writing stories when I was a young girl, but I started publishing stories online (fanfic in particular) when I was 19 in my freshmen year of college. It was some real crap but I sure did write a lot of it! Haha

💻Describe your ideal writing space.

I want to be in a dark academia aesthetic post and be at some sort of spooky library where its dim and smells like books

This is the dream. Also, I want it to be slightly homoerotic-- is that too much to ask of my writing workspace? That’s all.

Lance: What’s your type of humor and do you have a favorite meme?

I’m an ironic humor type of person. The more ironic the better. I can’t say I have a favorite meme. There’s just so many out there.

Coran: What is your favorite show other than Voltron?

This one is hard to answer. When my favorite show changes, the old favorite is usually left behind a bit but I still love it just as much, I’m just not obsessive over it anymore…So I guess I’ll name my last 3? Haikyuu!!, Cute High Earth Defense Club Love!, and Tokyo Ghoul

Black Lion: What are some things you want in season 3?

*sweat* this is such a loaded question. I’ll try to stick to safe zones… 

I want Lance and Keith to bond more. 

I want some Langst, especially zeroing in more on his insecurities. 

Of course, I want Shiro back. In one piece and alive preferably. 

And I want to see Keith grow through his more than likely unwanted leadership position. 

Also some backstory for Hunk would be nice. Doesn’t need to be some deep, painful revelation, but just….something. We have an idea of where everyone came from except him. He’s just kinda…there. What’s his story?

38: Talk about songs that remind you of certain people

Hmmm well probably the oldest one i can think of is Vanilla by Gackt, which will forever remind me of my friend Amber because she traumatized me with the live performance of it when i was still very young and innocent. I still get war flashbacks everytime i hear it.

I am now always going to associate He’ll Be Back with the Masquerade group, and more specifically you because I have to watch the practice videos a million times. It’s okay though, because you are the cute. I still coo at the still for the second one.

Guren No Yumiya reminds me of my little sister because singing the opening, as interpreted by otakulyrics, is one of our standard forms of greeting.

Get Well by Icon for Hire reminds me of Ashley, just because of all the...stuff that’s happened this year.

Would you ever write a high school AU? (Not sure if you’ve already written one)

I once wrote a little ficlet that featured high school revalink, but I don't think I'd be interested in writing more extensive AUs of that kind (not even for elleo 😅). The closest I gravitate towards are college AUs, preferably mixed with other elements to spice them up (supernatural stuff, mystery, etc.).

G, S, and T for the fanfic asks

G: Do you write your story from start to finish, or do you write the scenes out of order?

From start to finish with occasional peeks into future scenes/brief placeholders. I need to write chronologically to let the story morph organically as unforeseen changes arise XD

S: Any fandom tropes you can't resist?

Mutual pining, slow burn, whump, groundhog day (hi Heleen :D), reincarnation, corruption AUs, fantasy/supernatural AUs... the list goes on.

T: Any fandom tropes you can't stand?

I've said this before, but A/B/O and hanahaki disease. Sorry, can't do it (and I've tried lol). And I usually steer clear of pregnancy fics because that's a bit of a squick for me, but I could be swayed if the premise/writing is very good.
