A insegnarcelo è Katharine Polk, designer della casa di moda newyorkese Houghton, un’etichetta “easy chic” nata nel 2012 che fa dello stile semplice ma senza tempo di icone come Katharine Hepburn, la propria fonte di ispirazione, e che produce due linee: una di abbigliamento femminile Ready-to-Wear e una di abiti da sposa, assolutamente unica nel suo genere.

La collezione Sposa Autunno-Inverno 2015 è perfetta per chi vuole essere una sposa chic, raffinata ma, soprattutto, non convenzionale.

Tessuti e materiali di grande qualità, ma insoliti per una collezione Sposa, si mixano creando silhouettes femminili e glamour, e offrendo inaspettatamente sensazioni di romanticismo e morbidezza, perfettamente in sintonia con l’evento per cui sono realizzati.

La lana mohair incontra il tulle, la seta e il pizzo incontrano la pelle o la pelliccia, la linearità composta di un semplice abito bianco viene spezzata all’altezza della vita con un originale crop top.

Il bianco in tutte le sue sfumature donima tutta la collezione, ma il colore fa ogni tanto capolino sulle scarpe, donando una spensieratezza tutta femminile all’intero insieme.

The  Autumn-Winter 2015 Bride Collection is perfect for a bride who wants to be chic, sophisticated but, more importantly, unconventional.

Fabrics and materials of great quality, but unusual for a Bride Collection, are mixed creating feminine and glamorous silhouettes, offering unexpected feelings of romance and softness, perfectly in tune with the event for which they are made.

Mohair wool meets the tulle, silk and lace meet the leather or fur, the linearity consists of a simple white dress is broken at the waist with an original crop top.

The white in all its shades dominates the whole collection, but the color does occasionally peeping on the shoes, giving an feminine carefree to the whole set.

I immediately adored this collection. I find it modern, original and contemporary, and, at the same time, very sweet and romantic.
