Now Kim Foxx is running for State's Attorney in the March 15 election, and the establishment is panicking. They know she'll fight for justice and police accountability. The police killings of African Americans such as Laquan McDonald and Rekia Boyd aren't isolated incidents; They are symptoms of a criminal justice system that needs top to bottom reform.
