Chicago guy texting me every day like "Hows your day?" and I'm honestly sick of giving him the same answer every day. My days are all the same. If they weren't, I'd be the one to text and tell him.

Now last night he texted me a picture of a white chocolate macadamia cookie wrapper, which launched us into this whole nice conversation about how white chocolate isn't technically chocolate and it was cool. I just hate small talk. I hate small talk so much.

The dude is desperate to keep the communication alive between us since I told him that I didn't want him to call me every week. I get it, but at the same time its making me really want a girlfriend so that I can casually avoid all this shit.

I've been dreading waiting on this dude's call all evening and he finally calls after I lay down for bed.

I'm tired of having to fit this dude into my life when I feel like there is no place for him. I'm too tired to do the things I want to do with my nights. I don't have the energy to write or RP or sew or draw, and yet somehow I'm supposed to fit this dude into my life. Fuck social obligations. I don't care if its friendship hes looking for or something more, I just don't have the time for it at this point in my life.

I'm going to tell him that tomorrow. I'm just going to lay it down. Like dude, I just don't wanna do this. He isn't that important to me to spend an hour of my time on every week. Like if we lived within proximity to each other I would be down, but I know that nothing will come of this as it is, so why waste my time.

The fact that I want to find a girlfriend before Chicago guy confesses any romantic feelings towards me is a flashing neon sign that I don't want anything to do with this dude and I need to not.

I just really want a girlfriend, though. I'm starting to wonder if I'm exclusively homoromantic. I just think back on all the male love interests I've had and I was so unenthused with all of them. Maybe I'm super gay, or maybe they're just shitty guys. We just don't know.

I'm skyping Chicago guy and Gen, and somehow I can see them but they can't see me. This is pretty ideal tbh.

God, I keep dodging Chicago guy so hard. I wish I could feel bad for the dude, but if he wants to hang, hes gotta learn that me and social obligations do not mix in the slightest.

I'm going to have to make a decision of weather or not I want to keep indulging him at some point. I mean, hes gotta really make me care soon or I'm outie.

Chicago guy says, "Hey wanna meet my friends? They're in the car with me rn!"

What I said back was, "Errr no thanks. I'm already in pajama mode."

What I meant was, "I'm naked and done with people for the rest of the day."
