Meet @kimberfitgirl I started my journey at 370lbs. My low point was when my sleep apnea made it nearly impossible to wake up and I lost my job. On top of that it hurt to walk or stand for very long so I ended up in a full blown depression for a while when I had to move back into my parents house. A doctor told me at the rate I was going I wouldn't make it to 30 years old and I was ok with it. It felt like too much but I realized I had two options...die or fight. It was a very messy battle but I chose fight. I spent my entire life obese from the time I was 8 so I had to fight lifelong habits not to mention the added hurdle of pcos but through intermittent fasting and running I ended up losing over 120lbs and the confidence I got from that gave me what I needed to start my own music school which now has over 100 clients. I have my own place. I have a life. For first time ever my doctor is calling me healthy. It's not easy but lemme tell you...it's worth it. starting tip: Start slow and learn everything you can.
