That crowd accusing the writers of racism, misogyny and all things evil after episode 3 for making Louis read the diary to Bruce only for them to write Claudia calling him out for it herself in episode 6. They didn't let the tale seduce them. Shame on them and I hope they close the door on their way out after this!

You know these people will never leave.

They love the outrage and the accusations and the engagement and fake fame it provides them with way too much.

They don't love the show, at all, nor the story or the actual characters.

Just what they can use them for.

Trying to keep up with all the new interviews this morning I'm overwhelmed by the sheer talent of this cast and crew.

Joe Potter is an old soul, they way that is clear that he read TVL throughly. He understands Nicki in his very heart and soul. The way he talks about him and his relationship with Lestat with such warmth, honesty and compassion it just melts my heart.

Damien is truly a gem! He brought in all his experience and wisdom as an actor. All his references to queer icons, his delightful comments about Magnus' styling, the openess with which he talks about filming the harshest scenes with Sam.

And don't get me started on Anusree Joy saying that Nicolas is her favourite character. The fandom was clueless as always thinking that she will write Armand's backstory!

Yeah, that theory... was always just skin-color-deep. *shrugs*

YES! So many great interviews, so many incredible insights! I also have been trying to keep up *laughs*, but it's not easy. We are being fed so well!

I especially found the interview with Damien so moving, where he talked about filming that scene with Sam, and how they managed to make it bearable for them both. I'm glad they managed.

And god yes, Joseph is amazing. Truly amazing.

Another fancast: Dino Fetscher as Nicolas

He has both the looks and the correct age and has played a lot of gay roles (according to Wikipedia he was Mr Gay UK in 2008 👀). He also seems very cheerful and assertive in interviews which kind of could balance out Nicki's gloom.

Besides, he has played the part of Ben Daniel's character boyfriend in The Normal Heart (alongside Elander Moore‼).

Ben Daniels is 5ft 11. Imagine a kiss with Samstat who is 5ft 10 #teamtallnicki
