My dinner last night from a neighbourhood Zhi Char stall. Mongolian Chicken (蒙古鸡) - Sweetish and creamy deep fried chicken drumlets that is a favourite among our family.
Stir-fried Green Bean (干炒四季豆) with garlic slices stir-fried in high heat still maintained some of that crispiness to it.
Prawns Omelette (虾仁炒蛋) - The omelette was fluffy while the prawns were large and crunchy. It is not easy to get that fluffy egg texture when cooking at home.
