New post on the blog: Achaar Gosht- a delicious, spicy curry that draws a lot of its ingredients and flavor profile from typical South Asian mango and chili pickle- is one of those dishes that has so many strong memories attached to it. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten it at a restaurant in Pakistan-regardless of how desi their menu is. It’s a dish that celebrates grandmothers and their painstaking methods of pickling raw mangoes every summer.
