A quick and easy chicken and green bean stir fry is great for dinner during the week when you're busy. It's a healthy meal that only takes 10 minutes to make and is full of flavor and nutrients.
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 2 cups green beans, trimmed and halved. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: red pepper flakes for heat.
Instructions: In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, saut until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add sliced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Add green beans to the skillet, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, toss everything together until well combined. If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes for added heat. Serve hot and enjoy!
