You can make these Asian-style baked chicken wings without gluten. They are full of flavor and easy to make. They are great for a quick dinner or party appetizer. The sweet and salty glaze changes up regular chicken wings in a delightful way, making them simply delicious.
Ingredients: 2 pounds chicken wings. 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 teaspoon minced ginger. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Mix the honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and gluten-free soy sauce in a bowl using a whisk. Put the chicken wings in a large plastic bag that can be closed again and again. Season them with salt and pepper. Put the chicken wings in a bag. Add the marinade. Seal the bag and shake it to make sure the wings are well covered. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate. Put parchment paper or a silicone baking mat on the bottom of a baking sheet. Put the chicken wings that have been marinated on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Make sure they are spread out evenly and don't touch. Before you put the wings in the oven, heat it up. Bake them for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the meat is done and the skin is golden. During cooking, you can flip them over to get an even browning. You can make a sauce while the wings are baking by heating the rest of the marinade in a saucepan over medium-low heat until it thickens and turns into a glaze. Take the wings out of the oven when they're done and brush them with the glaze. You can also drizzle the wings with any glaze that's left over. Add sesame seeds and chopped green onions to the top of the baked chicken wings. Enjoy your hot gluten-free Asian baked chicken wings!
